Finding a fitness routine you can enjoy should not be a difficult task. The cardio intensity experienced in our fitness boot camp classes is extreme. A single class can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories depending on intensity.
We intend to educate, elevate, and strengthen our participants. The goal is to go home without injury and a wealth of knowledge. If you are a beginner or in advanced physical shape, this Boot Camp style workout will teach you how to push it to the limit, but not over it!
